Any deviation from it may end in less than satisfactory results meaning the problem maybe well reappear. I recommend you find and follow the procedure. ![]() Note: AutoDesk has published on its website the exact procedure for uninstalling one of its programs to prepare for a clean re-install. If REPAIR doesn't work then you might have to resort to uninstalling and reinstalling. The REPAIR option I am speaking of is found in Windows > Add/Remove Programs or something similar depending on what version of Windows you are running.
